The future of mining lies in electrification, which makes the operation sustainable, efficient and safe; in autonomous execution, which would lead to full automation in the future; and in data collection, which also allows for increased productivity under powerful analysis and information gathering.

Additionally, a fourth point in the goal of zero emissions to the environment, which goes hand in hand with electrification and autonomous execution of equipment.

Regarding electrification, they assured that there are many ways to achieve it, among which are the use of lithium-based batteries; hybrid vehicles; diesel-electric equipment; rail-mounted systems; biofuels; among others.
